Chioma Ibeabuchi,MSN, RN, PHN
President

Chioma earned her master’s in nursing science with an emphasis on nursing leadership at Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing, UC Davis, and earned her bachelor’s degree in Communicative Disorders at San Francisco State University. Chioma has a plethora of direct patient care experience within acute care settings. Her experience expands across all age spectrums and diagnoses. She is the Founder, President and CEO of Quality Health Global Foundation, Inc. This 501(C)3 nonprofit organization is committed to helping underserved communities live longer, healthier lives. Through evidence-based research, her team implements programs that target specific social factors that significantly influence health outcomes, such as equitable access to health facilities and resources, education, and food insecurity and inequity. Chioma also serves the community working at the bedside as a Registered Nurse in the Neuro, Stroke, and Epilepsy unit at Stanford Health Care, where she was nominated for the Daisy Award, for her extraordinary dedication in providing high quality, competent and compassionate patient and family- centered care. Chioma has a passion for diversifying leadership teams in the healthcare field locally and globally, as this leads to positive health outcomes for underserved communities all over the world.

Chioma continues to strive to develop herself professionally, her educational goals are to earn a Nurse Practitioner License, Doctorate in Nurse Practice with focus on Executive Leadership, and a PhD in Global Health. Chioma’s professional goals are to become a Chief Nursing Executive/Officer, and to ensure Quality Health Global Foundation creates a meaningful impact in the communities served. Chioma enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, hiking, playing tennis, swimming, and most outdoor activities, and she is currently taking equestrian lessons.
